| Maintenance Manager. |
|
Knowledgeable and experienced in all facets of
maintenance management. Worked in either private or public sector. Should be
able to perform maintenance and operations business gaps analysis and identify
recommendations for improved business processes. Have the ability to work with
various departments in providing implementation assistance to clients in
maintenance management. Should have necessary business experience to identify
functionalities of CMMS for any size organizations. Working knowledge of
various CMMS programs preferred but not necessary. Computer skills in other
enterprise business systems such as SAP, Oracle Financials, Peoplesoft, or JD
Edwards will be a plus. Knowledge of SCADA, or GIS will be an added plus. Must
be flexible to travel to various locations. |

| Asset Manager |
|
Should have both operational and strategic asset
management experience. UK, Australia or New Zealand experience will be a great
plus. Must have the knowledge and
experience to conduct asset formatting and structuring, rating the condition
and their lives, performing risk analysis and forecasting capital life cycle
replacements for the next 50 to a 100 years in progressive life span intervals
using asset valuation models. Must be willing to travel. |

| Maintenance Engineer |
|
Should have experience in condition assessment
and monitoring. Has created maintenance schedules and tasks with predictive and
condition assessment included. Knowledge of public sector infrastructure, their
useful lives assessment, and determining their condition rating and remaining
life is a plus. Understand reliability techniques and RCM methodologies to
create a useful PM program with condition assessment as a big part of the
program. Must be willing to travel. |
